Logan Christadelphians
Logan Christadelphians
Mabel Park State High School, 72-116 Paradise Road, Slacks Creek
Part of Logan City since 2001, the Logan Christadelphian Ecclesia is a small church group that come together each Sunday to worship the Lord. We hold our Sunday worship service in the Resource Centre at Mabel Park High School (opposite the Primary school) on Paradise road, Slacks Creek.
Our Sunday activities start at 9.25am with Sunday school for our children (currently from 10 years to young adult - but all ages welcome), followed by our memorial meeting (worship service) at 10.55am. At this meeting we ‘break bread and drink wine’ in memory of Jesus’ body and blood – his life of obedience and death for us. Afterwards, we will often have a shared lunch with visitors. We hold Bible classes each month at members homes followed by a shared social lunch. At these informal gatherings we discuss chapters from our daily reading chart or present short studies on interesting Bible topics. There are also lively debates on current issues from a biblical point of view.
Visitors are always welcome - both at Sunday School and the Memorial Meeting and we encourage you to come and meet with us and find out what we are all about.
